

Kruse named in the Asian Cup squad

Melbourne Victory striker Robbie Kruse has been named in Holger Osieck’s Asian Cup squad. Kruse, 22, who joined Victory last year has had a season to remember topping the A-League goalscoring charts with 10 goals to his name.
Due to the selection Robbie will miss all games in January which include:
- Wellington Phoenix v Melbourne Victory – January 5th
- Melbourne Victory v Adelaide United – January 9th
- Sydney FC v Melbourne Victory – January 15th
- Melbourne Victory v Melbourne Heart – January 22nd
- North Queensland Fury v Melbourne Victory – January 26th
- Melbourne Victory v Gold Coast United – January 30th
The 23-man squad released by Osieck is:
